Our Promise to You
Every piece we offer is 100% handmade with care and intention. Because of this, no two are exactly alike — some will have natural work marks and slight variations from the photos shown. These unique details are part of their beauty. By placing an order, you agree to this statement and the policies outlined below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged due to shipping issues. A picture must be emailed to us on the same day as the package is received. Exchanges can only be made of equal or lesser value from the same creator of the original purchased product. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days for non-custom items.
Custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged.
We do not offer refunds.
How to Begin an Exchange
- Email us at info@shopelive8dsouls.com on the same day as the package is received.
- Include your name, order number, a photo of the damaged item and an explanation of the damage.
- All exchange requests must be made and shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Requests outside of this window will not be accepted.
Our Shipping Details
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original, unworn, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped out with in 5 business days.
Returned Parcels
If your order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to pick up from the post office in time
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs must be paid before reshipping.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made just for you and are non-refundable. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
If a custom order arrives damaged, please email photos to info@shopelive8dsouls.com on the same day as the package is received so we can review and assist.
