Shipping Policy

Please Read Before Ordering

Every product on our site is created with care and intention — 100% handmade by us. Because of this, each item is beautifully unique, with its own natural work marks and slight variations from the product photos. This is part of their character and authenticity. By making a purchase, you agree to this statement and all policies below.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the U.S. and internationally.

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or UPS, tracking number included.
  • International Orders: Shipped via UPS or DHL.

Production & Shipping Time

  • Non-Custom Orders: 3–5 business days for production (does not include shipping time).
  • Domestic Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • Custom Orders: 3–5 weeks production plus 1–3 days shipping.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, and weather delays.

International Customs & Duty Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees charged by their country. These costs are not included at checkout and must be paid to receive your package.

If customs or duties are refused, your package may be abandoned. Abandoned orders cannot be refunded.
If your order is returned due to refusal we will not issue a refund. Also shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance. We cannot control or expedite this process.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as Delivered but has not been received, or has been In Transit for an extended period:

  1. Contact your local USPS, UPS, or DHL office to open a case.
  2. Obtain a Case Number or Search ID from them.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by the carrier.
